Disappointed in damaged puzzle packaging , that had to be replaced twice, whilst two other items in the box were in perfect condition.
Must have been damaged before posting , protective packaging is needed, no bubble wrap in the box .
Disappointing .
Customer service to rectify this was great , Thankyou.
Still awaiting replacement puzzle box in mail, it’s on its way.
Can’t review the puzzle itself , it’s a Christmas present therefore unopened.

Beautiful puzzle

Well made wooden puzzle, beautiful colours, interesting shapes and whimsies- so many of them! This challenged my normal jigsaw strategies, with the edges being not so obvious, and not one piece the same as another. I can't wait for my next one- I'm going to go bigger next time. Made in Australia too and free postage! Can't recommend enough.

Puzzles for everyone

Have just found your gorgeous puzzles. They are gifts for my granddaughter who lives in Victoria and the other is on its way to Italy to a dear family whom I call friends. They love puzzles and spend the long winter months with books and puzzles. Can't think of a better way to pass the gloomy days.
